There is no celebration or anniversary to us Romans without we have on the table tasty stuffed eggs.
I like particularly and I chose a simple and delicious recipe with few ingredients.
I dropped in to put stuffing liver pate because once filled egg, if it is not consumed immediately changes its colour from golden brown, not exactly look tempting.
I invite you to prepare together.
- 11 eggs, boil 10 eggs and an egg we for mayonnaise
- 1 chicken breast
- 100 g butter
- 2 teaspoons mustard
- 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
- Parsley, salt and pepper
How do we prepare:
Put the eggs to a boil, we know that to be a hard-boiled egg needs 12 minutes.
When cooked remove them from boiling water and put them in cold water, then peel them.
Sectionam egg yolks and lengthwise il put in a bowl along with the chicken breast cooked and finely chopped, butter, mustard and 3 tablespoons of mayonnaise, salt and pepper.
Mixing everything until we get a fine paste to add finely chopped parsley.
The mixture is ready, gather eggs and decorate them.
