  • 40 chicken (breast)
  • 1 bell pepper
  • an onion
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 50 ml olive oil
  • 2 potatoes
  • 1 courgette
  • 1 carrot
  • 20 g olive
  • 200 ml chicken broth
  • 15 ml Worcestershire sauce
  • a red
  • 1 tablespoon tomato paste
  • coriander, salt and pepper
Cum preparam:
  1. Sotăm chicken cut in cubes, in a cratița with olive oil, add chopped onions and chicken broth.
  2. Asezonăm with salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Boil and after 15 minutes are added to the agenda of boiling vegetables: carrots, olives, green peppers, diced potatoes, and finally the courgettes and garlic.
  4. Let give a boil two after that we add tomato paste, diced tomatoes, Worcestershire sauce and cilantro.
  5. Boil two minutes after preparation is ready.
  6. It is served hot.
