Shakes with carrots
- 2 medium carrots, peeled
- 2 apples
- One cup of strawberries, fresh or frozen
- A cup of pineapple juice, fresh or in the preserve
- A cup of nonfat yogurt
- A teaspoon of honey natural
- Mix all ingredients in blender
