For more than a century, nededicate housewives ‘ without time or cooking them was offered an alternative, as simple as it is efficient and practical: pudding powder. At first it was just a desire to make life easier, the housewives ‘ craving followed by a genial idea.
Today we make a pudding before, revealed a smooth, natural cream without rival in the world of puddings and packed in punguțe processing.
- 100 g powder
- 400 g cottage cheese
- 200 g sugar
- 100 g butter
- 300 g candied apricots
- 100 g almonds
- 1 kg milk
- essence of rum
- caramel sauce
- Put the milk to a boil. When clocotește presarăm semolina and mix with whisk, for not doing more lumps.
- Boil 10 minutes, then put the sugar and stop the fire.
- Raisins spalăm them, put them in a bhabydawniguban and drizzle with essence of rum.
- After it has cooled add the semolina, cheese dairy, soft butter and raisins. Omogenizăm well.
- Put apricots in blender along with almonds and it checks good.
- The paste obtained put on a round platter and we stretch out in a layer several millimeters.
- Above the ground and lay ornăm cream with caramel sauce.
