- A cup of nonfat yogurt
- 2 tablespoons dairy produce and sour
- Half a ripe avocado, peeled
- A half cup of fruit juice (Apple, peaches or other fruit of your choice)
- A teaspoon of honey
- A few ice cubes
- Mix all ingredients in blender
