  • 1 banana
  • 1 half of avocado, peeled bark
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley
  • 10 grams of flaxseed left soaked in water overnight
  • 10 ml honey
  • 235 ml almond milk
Cum preparam:
  1. Enter all ingredients in blender and process them for 1-2 minutes until a homogeneous composition.
  2. Add water, if necessary.
  3. You can keep the drink from the refrigerator in a tightly closed.
