This healthy smoothie recipe is recommended in duodenita and ulcers because of easily digestible ingredients, which acts as a stomach dressing.
- 1 banana
- 1 half of avocado, peeled bark
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley
- 10 grams of flaxseed left soaked in water overnight
- 10 ml honey
- 235 ml almond milk
- Enter all ingredients in blender and process them for 1-2 minutes until a homogeneous composition.
- Add water, if necessary.
- You can keep the drink from the refrigerator in a tightly closed.
