Ingrediente:
  • 150 ml milk rice
  • ½ banana
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon
  • ¼ TSP honey
  • ½ teaspoon of coconut oil
  • a few ice cubes
Cum preparam:
  1. Add all ingredients in blender and mix them well until you get a homogeneous mixture and thin. Drink it cold, as a tonic or refreshing. If you like ginger, you can add a little glimpse into the smoothie, because it is a strong mirodenie properties in combating nausea sensation.
