This delicious smoothie recipe contains ingredients that help relieve symptoms of diarrhea, including in the case of children.
White grape juice is the only one that doesn’t aggravate diarrheal episodes, yogurt contains probiotics, and regulates electrolyte balance of bananas.
In addition, these exotic fruits contain pectin, substance that help absorb the liquid in the intestines.
- 150 ml white grape juice
- 250 ml Greek yogurt
- 1 handful of frozen strawberries
- 1 banana
- 1 handful of fresh cranberries
- Cut the fruit into small pieces, transfer them into Blender container and pour on top of white grape juice and yogurt. Process until complete homogenisation and, if necessary, add water to fluidificare.
