Smoothie with plums and apples

 

Apple smoothie
Cold drinks and sweet drinking on an empty stomach in the morning and which are based on fruits with a diuretic effect, acting like a real remedy for constipation.
Prunes are known to stimulate bowel movements, while apples facilitates release of the colon through the high fiber content of food.

Ingrediente:
  • 6 plums, washed and pitted
  • 350 ml Apple juice
  • 2 stalks of celery
  • 1 handful of spinach
  • 1 quarter teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 pinch of nutmeg
Cum preparam:
  1. Put water to boil in a small pot, wait to boil, switch off the fire and opariti plums.
  2. Leave them to soak for about 10 minutes.
  3. Wash the spinach leaves and dry them with a paper towel.
  4. Enter the Blender container or food processor kitchen cooked prunes, then pour over Apple juice, celery stalks, finely cut spinach, cinnamon and nutmeg.
  5. Process until you get a composition fine and add water, if necessary.
