Cold drinks and sweet drinking on an empty stomach in the morning and which are based on fruits with a diuretic effect, acting like a real remedy for constipation.
Prunes are known to stimulate bowel movements, while apples facilitates release of the colon through the high fiber content of food.
- 6 plums, washed and pitted
- 350 ml Apple juice
- 2 stalks of celery
- 1 handful of spinach
- 1 quarter teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 pinch of nutmeg
- Put water to boil in a small pot, wait to boil, switch off the fire and opariti plums.
- Leave them to soak for about 10 minutes.
- Wash the spinach leaves and dry them with a paper towel.
- Enter the Blender container or food processor kitchen cooked prunes, then pour over Apple juice, celery stalks, finely cut spinach, cinnamon and nutmeg.
- Process until you get a composition fine and add water, if necessary.
