Somloi galuska


I first tasted this delicious cake Somloi galuska, in a cake shop in Budapest, and her taste has me stuck in my mind for a long time.

Why do a cake and a second and third …. you just have to try and stay hooked.

  • Countertop with vanilla *

  • Cake with cocoa *
  • 3 eggs

  • a tablespoon cocoa
  • With coconut crust:
  • 3 eggs
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • 3 tablespoons flour
  • 2 tablespoons coconut macintă
  • 1 sachet vanilla
  • Cream *
  • 4 eggs
  • 500 ml milk
  • 250 gr sugar
  • 75 gr flour
  • 1 linura cocoa
  • vanilla
  • 80 gr walnuts finely ground but not mix cut
  • Chocolate sauce *
  • ½ glass of milk
  • 3 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 3 tablespoons nutella
  • Rum essence
  • Ornare *
  • Raisins
  • Cream
Cum preparam:
  1. We will prepare three separate tops, with slight differences between them.
  2. Beat albușurile foam, when beaten good add sugar, vanilla and egg yolks.
  3. Mix gently and then add the flour.
  4. Bake the composition in a tray which I dusted with baking paper, at a temperature of 180 degrees for 10 minutes.
  5. Cocoa for cake at the end add a tablespoon of cocoa and coconut cake with coconut, add at the end and proceed in the same manner as the first countertop.
  6. Lasăm tops to cool, and prepare the cream.
  7. Tops will not leave very high but it is not recommended.
  8. Cream *
  9. Mixăm albușurile foam with ⅓ of sugar, egg yolks and some of the milk (100 ml) and then incorporate the flour.
  10. The remaining 400 ml milk we on fire with ⅔ of the sugar.
  11. Add the milk starts to boil when the composition of the egg yolks with egg and flour.
  12. Get a fluffy cream that you împărtim in three parts. Part a mix with nuts, some with vanilla and one spoon of cocoa.
  13. Chocolate sauce
  14. Put the milk on the fire without having to boil it to melt the sugar in it, add cocoa, rum essence and cream nutella and mix until completely omogenizam.
  15. Assemble cake, we can assemble a platter but more spectacular will be assembled in the cups.
  16. We cut the tops in vanilla cake with pătrătratele and we mix in vanilla cream, batters with cocoa cream with cocoa and coconut cake in Coconut cream.
  17. We cupped a composition, then one coconut over that we'll put layer of vanilla and chocolate sauce on top. Taste can be inserted and raisins which I've previously delivered at softened.
  18. Ornăm cream.
