  • 500 g spinach leaves
  • 5 large potatoes
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 50 ml olive oil
  • salt, pepper
Cum preparam:
  1. In a pot put water to boil with salt.
  2. Add the potatoes (clean and cut the cubes) and boil them. When we add spinach are fierți country style potatoes (cleaned and washed) and lasăm it to a boil for 2-3 minutes. Meanwhile clean it a garlic clove and pisăm it in the mortar until it becomes Pasty. Gradually add a little oil (2-3 linuri), olive and mix well until we get a garlic mayonnaise.
  3. In a pan put the rest of the oil and add the other two garlic cloves cut thin slices.
  4. Heed them fire very small oil until it begins to smell garlic.
  5. Drain the spinach and potatoes and put them in the Pan, asezonăm with salt and pepper to taste. Distuim over high heat for 5 minutes, stirring well.
  6. With the help of sfărâmăm at a half of the potatoes, so that its preparation have a creamy consistency. Add the garlic sauce, to taste. Mix and let more heat 2-3 minutes.
  7. Our food spinach with potatoes Saute is ready.
