Stuffed peppers with Giorgos and dill

Ingrediente:
  • 2 peppers
  • 6-8 tablespoons urda
  • 1 bunch of dill Green
  • Salt
  • pepper
Cum preparam:
  1. Cut peppers cover, clean and wash and seeds.
  2. Let it dry, and in the meantime, prepare the stuffing.
  3. Steven dill and mix with season everything with salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Fill the peppers.
  5. Potem replace Giorgos with cheese or with cheese, as we like.
