Stuffed peppers with Giorgos and dill
- 2 peppers
- 6-8 tablespoons urda
- 1 bunch of dill Green
- Cut peppers cover, clean and wash and seeds.
- Let it dry, and in the meantime, prepare the stuffing.
- Steven dill and mix with season everything with salt and pepper to taste.
- Fill the peppers.
- Potem replace Giorgos with cheese or with cheese, as we like.
