This dish is ideal for set with aperitice. Besides the fine and delicate taste and has a great-looking. Surely we will pleasantly surprise guests.
- 200 g cream
- 1 box of cream cheese
- 200 g cheese
- 200 g curd
- 300 g frozen vegetable blend (peas, carrots, beans, peppers, all cut small cubes)
- 3 hard-boiled eggs
- 15 g gelatine
- The three types of cheese with mixer, mix it up, you add the cream and gelatin that you made as instructed on the package.
- Frozen vegetables and cook them and lasăm them to cool after you add the cheese.
- In a cake on tray in advance I dressed it in foil put half the food composition and leave it for 10 minutes to cool.
- Remove the Pan from the refrigerator and we cooked and cleaned eggs next to each other. Cover with the remaining cream and carefully cover with foil.
- Lasăm a few hours in the cold and then we cut.
