  • 120 ml skimmed yogurt
  • 170 grams of melon
  • 1 half of a banana
  • 80 ml mango juice or papaya (after preferences)
Cum preparam:
  1. Enter the container Blender melon cut into cubes, banana slices and chopped mango or papaya juice.
  2. Nonfat yogurt and pour over process, until you get a smooth consistency.
  3. Add a little more water, if you want a more liquid texture.
