This recipe low in sodium can be consumed safely for persons who suffer from heart failure, but also of gluten intolerance or irritable bowel syndrome.
- 120 ml skimmed yogurt
- 170 grams of melon
- 1 half of a banana
- 80 ml mango juice or papaya (after preferences)
- Enter the container Blender melon cut into cubes, banana slices and chopped mango or papaya juice.
- Nonfat yogurt and pour over process, until you get a smooth consistency.
- Add a little more water, if you want a more liquid texture.
