The combination of vegetables from slow fire gives a special flavor to this preparation.
It is an ideal recipe for dinner one evening.
- 1 courgette
- 2 sweet peppers
- 2 carrots
- 3 Red
- Rosemary, basil, parsley
- salt, pepper, cury
- 50 ml water
- Spalăm all vegetables.
- We tied 5 tablespoons oil in which put onion and diced carrots, Zucchini, peeled peppers into strips, Tomatoes and decojim them then add them tocam in pan.
- Sotam vegetables, well then add the Basil and Rosemary.
- We place over vegetables and water and boil it for about 30 minutes at moderate fire.
- The vegetables should be soft but not fleasca.
- Serve hot pot.
