Tzatziki is a paste of yogurt, cucumber and garlic, which can serve as either an aperitif, on the bread or as a sauce for steaks.
- dill, pepper, salt
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 cucumber
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice
- crumble 2 garlic cloves
- 2 cups of yogurt 10% fat
- Mix the oil with the garlic and spices, then add yogurt.
- Peel a cucumber and grated dam, after which it storcem well. Then, mix it with other ingredients and add a little chopped dill.
