Veal Escalope with mushrooms


A preparation so delicious and so easy to do. The combination of fragezita and beef Gravy with mushrooms filled with aroma of spices, it makes you can’t stop eating.

  • 100 ml white wine
  • 200 ml beef broth
  • 50 ml olive oil
  • 500 g boneless pulp
  • 250 g sliced mushrooms
  • 50 g butter
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 2 tablespoons sour cream
  • 4 tbsp flour
  • Salt, pepper, curry, parsley
Cum preparam:
  1. Mushrooms curățăm clătim them them with cold water and cut into feliuțe.
  2. Beef thin sliced a cut and a beat with the hammer of snițele. A match of salt and pepper.
