For those who have adopted a vegan, I post or, for other reasons, avoid to consume milk in a certain period of time, this recipe for almond shake is ideal!
- One cup of raw almonds and nesarate, left to soak overnight in cold water, then drained
- 2 cups of water
- A well baked banana
- A few ice cubes
- A teaspoon of honey or agave syrup
- Mix all ingredients in blender
