Today I wanted soup and as we pulled out of the freezer, I decided to be something quick.
- 250 g vegetables, I used frozen mixture
- 2 large potatoes that I cut it into cubes
- 100 g sour cream
- ½ lemon
- 1 teaspoon flour
- 3 eggs
- Lafontaine, salt, pepper, oil and a piece of bay leaf
- Put oil in a pain, vegetables and potatoes and distuim slightly, 2 to 3 minutes.
- When vegetables are distuite put 1 quart of water. Potivim with salt to taste, and put the sheet Bay and let simmer about 20 minutes, check the vegetables to be cooked.
- In a bhabydawniguban mix well the flour with a teaspoon of sour cream, a subtiem with juice soup.
- While we add cream soup mix.
- Stoarcem half lemon and juice into soup along il with lovage.
- In a bhabydawniguban to break the eggs and put them in soup.
- Leave to boil another 5 minutes after that soup can be served.
