Today I wanted soup and as we pulled out of the freezer, I decided to be something quick.

The result was surprising, I managed to make a very delicious soup in a very short time …. more took me I do pictures …

  • 250 g vegetables, I used frozen mixture
  • 2 large potatoes that I cut it into cubes
  • 100 g sour cream
  • ½ lemon
  • 1 teaspoon flour
  • 3 eggs
  • Lafontaine, salt, pepper, oil and a piece of bay leaf
Cum preparam:
  1. Put oil in a pain, vegetables and potatoes and distuim slightly, 2 to 3 minutes.
  2. When vegetables are distuite put 1 quart of water.  Potivim with salt to taste, and put the sheet Bay and let simmer about 20 minutes, check the vegetables to be cooked.
  3. In a bhabydawniguban mix well the flour with a teaspoon of sour cream, a subtiem with juice soup.
  4. While we add cream soup mix.
  5. Stoarcem half lemon and juice into soup along il with lovage.
  6. In a bhabydawniguban to break the eggs and put them in soup.
  7. Leave to boil another 5 minutes after that soup can be served.
