A simple and healthy recipe. Served with a little sour cream we won’t feel lack of meat and the taste of vegetables we will delight your taste buds.

  • 2 Carrot
  • 1 Parsley root
  • ½ celery
  • 2 potatoes
  • 1 Zucchini
  • 2 multicolored bell peppers
  • 1 green onion
  • 3 tbsp sunflower oil
  • 3-4 Red
  • ½ connection dill
  • ½ parsley (bunch)
  • ½ connection lovage
  • 1 cup Borscht
  • salt-to taste
Cum preparam:
  1. We provide the boiled 1.5 litres of water with a little salt. Clean it and wash the vegetables.
  2. Cut squash into cubes and fodder roots, the peppers into strips, diced potatoes into narrow, and onions and chopped greenery.
  3. In a 3 liter pot, pour the oil and let the vegetables by adding them in the following order: carrots, parsley, celery, onion, potatoes and zucchini. Mix gently to slightly penetrate all the vegetables, then quench it with hot water. Continue cooking, partially covering the dish.
  4. After about 10 minutes, opărim tomatoes, decojim them and cut them to pieces. Add them to the soup along with salt to taste, then soup and Borscht tornam leave to give in a few times.
  5. To finish season with greenery.
