  • 75 grams raisins
  • 120 ml Apple juice
  • 150 grams of chopped celery stalk
  • 150 grams of red apples, cut into cubes
  • 75 grams walnuts, crumbled
  • 2 Tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
Cum preparam:
  1. Mix together raisins and Apple juice into a pot that can be placed in the microwave.
  2. Heed them mixture for 30 seconds, then drain the juice and combine Apple, celery, raisins and walnuts in a bowl. Incorporate the olive oil and mix well.
  3. Preparation to be consumed immediately.
