Fruit berries are high in antioxidants, and a little sour their taste is invigorating. Shakes of berries, rich in vitamin C, can be eaten especially in the afternoon, when we begin to change.
- A handful of berries (can be frozen)
- A cup of Apple juice
- A cup of yogurt
- 2 bananas
- Mix all ingredients in blender
