  • 3 cups of white vinegar
  • 1 cup water
  • 6 cups white sugar
  • 6 cups of brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 2 tsp ground ginger
  • 4 TSP ground cloves
  • 2 tsp ground nutmeg
  • 5 fresh red peppers, without seeds and cut
  • 1 teaspoon grunjoasă salt
  • 2 large onions
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 1 cup of raisins
  • ½ cup of fresh ginger root, minced
  • 16 cups of mango fruits half-baked, sliced
  • ½ cup of sliced almonds (optional)
Cum preparam:
  1. Mix vinegar, water, white sugar, brown sugar, cinnamon, ground ginger, cuişoarele, nutmegs chilli peppers, and salt. We provide the boiled for ½ hour.
  2. Add the onions, chopped fine-cut garlic and chopped ginger, raisins and boil for another ½ hour.
  3. Add mango fruits (almonds and if we use), reduce temperature to low and cook for ½ hour
  4. until I obtained a sauce the consistency of a jam with bucațele of whole fruit.
  5. If during the preparation of the sauce falls too hard we may add water.
  6. Pour the mixture into sterilized jars, 1 cm below the CAP and sigilam.

Flavor and taste good with mango-Chutney
