It is a refined preparation that you can serve alongside various steaks.
- 3 cups of white vinegar
- 1 cup water
- 6 cups white sugar
- 6 cups of brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 2 tsp ground ginger
- 4 TSP ground cloves
- 2 tsp ground nutmeg
- 5 fresh red peppers, without seeds and cut
- 1 teaspoon grunjoasă salt
- 2 large onions
- 3 garlic cloves
- 1 cup of raisins
- ½ cup of fresh ginger root, minced
- 16 cups of mango fruits half-baked, sliced
- ½ cup of sliced almonds (optional)
- Mix vinegar, water, white sugar, brown sugar, cinnamon, ground ginger, cuişoarele, nutmegs chilli peppers, and salt. We provide the boiled for ½ hour.
- Add the onions, chopped fine-cut garlic and chopped ginger, raisins and boil for another ½ hour.
- Add mango fruits (almonds and if we use), reduce temperature to low and cook for ½ hour
- until I obtained a sauce the consistency of a jam with bucațele of whole fruit.
- If during the preparation of the sauce falls too hard we may add water.
- Pour the mixture into sterilized jars, 1 cm below the CAP and sigilam.
