Zucchini roulade filled with vegetables
- 3 Zucchini,
- ½ cup oil.
- For the filling:
- 1 leek (white part)
- 1 carrot,
- ½ celery root,
- 5-6 mushrooms,
- 1 tablespoon vinegar 2-3 garlic cloves
- 1 tablespoon minced green,
- Vegetables and mushrooms, cut them and fry them lightly, le sărăm, add the crushed garlic, the greenery, and mix it up.
- Clean it, misses the young courgettes shell, spalăm them, and cut them along the oblong slices, fry them on both sides.
- Fried Zucchini strips on put stuffing and we run.
