A very tasty appetizer, which handle successfully a plateau on a festive holiday meal.
Season vegetables, cheap, tasty, and it is a shame not to dam inventivitatii and free reign to take advantage of these trufandale offered by nature, enjoying us family and guests.
- 1 piece pumpkin
- 2 PCs Red
- 1 clove of garlic
- 100 g feta cheese not very salty
- 4-5 tablespoons mayonnaise (to taste)
- salt-to taste
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- dill or parsley-taste
- Clean and peel the zucchini lengthwise slices.
- Wash the tomatoes and cut them sliced.
- In a pan I put olive oil Zucchini FRY on both sides until golden color catch, then we let it cool.
- Dam add grated cheese, garlic and mayonnaise. Mix all ingredients well until we obtain a cream.
- If we use a nesarata cheese, season with salt to taste.
- On a Zucchini felioara put a teaspoon of cream over which sit a new feliuta of rosiedin a teaspoon of Kriss which another slice of Zucchini on top of which sit a grain of cream.
- We can use for the distribution of a posh and the arrangement will look nice.
- Together on a platter with Greens and garnisim.
