Breast of chicken, boiled in cream melts in your mouth literally.
This dish is appreciated by both children and adults. A simple recipe easy and quickly done.
- 1 kg chicken breast
- 1 onion
- 200 g sour cream
- 2-3 tbsp oil
- 1 pinch of nutmeg knife
- 1 pinch pepper
- 1 pinch of salt
- 2-3 cloves garlic
- 1 tsp mustard
- Wash and dry with a towel, breasts chicken cut into pieces then medium.
- Peel onion and cut into small cubes one.
- In a pan pour a little oil to Brown the chicken breast, can successfully replace oil with butter.
- Fry chicken about 3-5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Add the onion and meat over calim together 5-7 minutes.
- In a bowl, stirring well sour cream sauce ready with nutmeg, crushed garlic and mustard.
- Add the sauce in the pan with the chicken pieces and let it simmer on low heat until the chicken breast is cooked.
- Add salt and pepper.
- Depending on the size of cuts of meat, it takes between 10 and 20 minutes.
- Serve the chicken in cream sauce sprinkled with fresh herbs, along with a side dish of rice or potatoes.
